7. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
Refunds are processed only if items are returned in their original condition and without damage.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
